We are not a property management firm, licensed home inspection agency, insurance representative, or public adjuster unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
No guarantee of outcomes
Information on this site is for general orientation. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined only in a written service agreement between you and Florida Property Ops.
Owner responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate property information, access coordination, and decisions regarding vendors, insurance, legal matters, and building management relationships.
Communications
Submitting a contact form or messaging us does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only after mutual agreement on scope and terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Property Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or preliminary communications. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
